Thinking about getting a gtx 570 with my tax return... So Newegg has the EVGA gtx 570 for $359+sh and EVGA direct has it for $349 (fs). So about 18 bucks difference. I know if my card is DOA I can get a new replacement card from Newegg, but what happens if I get a DOA card from EVGA? Do they send a refurb or replace it with a new card? I have had a couple items DOA lately, I think our UPS man is 'drivin like he stole it' so wondering how that works. Anyone ever had a DOA card they bought directly from EVGA?

EVGA has some of the best customer service in the computer business, if you get a DOA card bought brand new they are going to send another new card out. If it is 4 months later you might get a refurb.

Cross-ship RMA for the win. I have delt directly with EVGA a couple of times be it RMA or stepup and they are awesome to deal with. They get things out the door quickly and customer service is awesome.
