So custom shaped design for different hand sizes and/or for grip changes to avoid health issues are available now?

And i can assume that joystick exponenttial curve adjustments are user customisable now?

And i can also buy this new controller and it'll work on my 360?

If the answer is 'no' to an of these (and more) then there is still room for improvements.
