New Worklog Function

Recently it seems that several worklogs have been trashed by rude people, particularly those worklogs which haven't shown too much promise or those lacking updates. Is it possible to include a function where a worklog author could lock/unlock/moderate his own thread? It would keep worklogs alot neater and keep unwanted comment/flames from polluting them. Also, it would eliminate the need for separate comment threads.

I have no idea if this is possible, but it might be something to consider.

i wouldn't mind seeing the option for us [H]plebes to be able to blow up posts that are blatantly rude myself.

tho i wouldn't restrict it to just the thread author

you can lock your own threads if you're a genmay subscriber, but dunno how the brass would feel about that or if it's possible for one sub-forum

At this time it is not possible to impliment locking/unlocking on a forum specific basis. If you see a problem with a thread or log, just use the 'Report a thread' button at the left of each post (exclaimation mark in a triangle) and that will go to the moderator and all of the admins. It gets action quickly

my guess is it would take a special gorup in vBull (I don't know it that well, but my guess) and to be able to lock ours know we would be able to lock everybody elses (which oculd turn out bad)
