New TV Suggestions - LED under $1500

Looking at a couple TV suggestions. We're mostly playing PS3/360 games as well as some PC gaming (skyrim, etc). We'll also be using it as our main HTPC monitor.

60 vs 120 vs 240 Hz?
Which TV has the lowest input lag?
Should we wait for newer TV's to come out with HDMI 2 or no?

Sony KDL60W630B - LED - 1080p - 120Hz - Smart - HDTV - $1300
Vizio M601d-A3R - LED - 1080p - 240Hz - Smart - 3D - HDTV - $1400
Sharp LC-60EQ10U - LED - 1080p - 240Hz - Smart - HDTV - $1300
Other suggestions?
 
How is the KDL-60W850B different from the KDL-60W630B? The one I listed isn't even in their database yet. From what I can tell all it's missing is 3D features? Which I don't need.
 
I just purchased a Vizio M501d-A3R, and I am very happy with it. The picture is incredible and there are a ton of features for fine tuning the tv, long with some nice Smart TV apps. It also has a usb port, which I love because I can just plug in a thumb drive and play movies directly off that, no need to use my pc anymore. I read a ton of good reviews for the 50inch saying that its one of the best TVs you can get for the money. I know mine was only a 50inch but at 700 it was a steal imo. The Vizio line has come along way and a great brand. Good luck.

I also heard that getting a 240hz is not worth the price increase over 120hz because its not a true 240hz and just marketing BS.
