New to Win 8.1 background/lockscreen

I have my main pc and my htpc I just moved over to win 8.1. They both log in with my windows live account or whatever that is. I am trying to setup different backgrounds and lock screens for each, but when I change one it changes the other as well. How can I just change one and not the other? One is a triple screen setup, other is just on 70" hdtv, so want different backgrounds for each.

well I guess its suppose to work, but its not, I turned off personalize sync options, for backgrounds etc, on both pcs.. but its still syncing. blah
