1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc

Lots of hi-res image scanning and manipulation. Frequently multiple images at once, along with multiple apps running simultaneously. I'm a multitasking whore. A half dozen or more Firefox windows open at the same time as well (thus Firefox's lovely memory leak is always pleasant). My gaming will be limited, but I do like to run WoW at 1920x1200 with everything maxed.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

No hard buget, but I'd like to keep it below $1K (can stretch to $1.5K if I have to) shipped for the parts I need.. Assume no tax.

3) Where do you live?

Illinois

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.

Case
Power supply
Motherboard
CPU
Heatsink/fan
RAM. At least 16GB, 128GB would be ok (no, not really, but no such thing as too much).
Video card(s)
Optical drive (DVD/RW)
Not sure on HDD; see below.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

1. Monitor. I have a 23" LCD
2. Keyboard
3. Mouse
4. Hard drives? I have an OCZ 80GB SSD I can use for boot and a Seagate external 500GB.
5. Wifi.I have an Airlink 101 802.11n USB dongle.
6. OS. I have a Vista CD as well as a Win7 64-bit upgrade CD with keys.

6) Will you be overclocking?

Never have before.

7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?

23" 1920x1200

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?

Immediately.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? etc.

RAID, simply because I may wish to add that at some point. USB3 would be good. Crossfire/SLI will depend on the video card setup.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If so, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

Yes. Win7 64-bit.

11) Any vendor limitations?

I'd prefer to buy everything from Newegg.
