New Link idea

Could we get a link at the bottome of the page that will take you back to the top of the page? There's many pages that are really long or consist of many pictures and it takes forever +1 to get back to the top to click "User CP" or whatever. I do notice the forum jump thing, but its still not the same.

I just thought it'd be nice.

It looks like the comment tag is in the wrong place. Not really all *that* important, but still a little odd.
