New laptop suggestions

A friend of mine is looking for a new laptop and asked me to give him a hand picking it out.
He said the most he wants to spend is 1300. He isn't going to be gaming on it so the latest graphics ain't all that important.


The things wanted are:

15 - 15.4 inch screen
Atleast 60gb harddrive
512mb or more memory
No os would be nice he says that the boss will let him use the bulk license for xp.



Also what do you think about the smaller online shops like cyberpowerinc, ect?

I don't think you're going to find a 15" screen in less than 5 lbs...sorry man
 
Hmm, I take that back?

Little out of the pricerange though. I'll take the weight out of the criteria, as long as it doesn't weigh 15 pounds.
