Perhaps you should pay more attention. This is a VISTA driver for all the regular Nvidia cards EXCEPT the 8800 series.

Even says this on guru3d's page:

"Unfortunately GeForce 8800 is not yet supported though. Please regard this set as beta drivers. You use and install them at your own risk."

Damn, real sorry guys. I feel like a jackass for not paying attention as well as for getting everyones hopes us. I don't even own an 8800 series card but was just trying to help those that are having a hard time with current drivers. Anyone can erase this thread if they see fit, next time I will be sure to pay attention before posting threads like this.

Lol, it's ok. I've done MUCH stupider things than this on [H] before. At least there are some better FW drivers for Vista.
