New Cinema Displays ETA?

Anyone know when Apples new Cinema Displays are due to be released (or rumored to be released)?

When they release new Mac Pro's.

There was a year gap between the current MacPro/PowerMac design and the ACD, so it might come after the new MacPro.

Arent most all other LCD's makers now using the same panels Apple was, at least was the case about 2 years ago with dell and apple using identical LG panels, so why pay the infflated mark up for an apple display when you can get as good as one or better for half the price?
