New Build Memory Help

Well guys Im starting a new Core2duo build and basically looking for help on a few things.

1. Memory has to stay within price range of $250-280 max. Dont really care if the ram ends up being $300 but would like a rebate to bring it back down to my range..lol

2. Memory has to be built for some serious ocing.

Now I do plan on ocing but still trying to get the hang of everything. Anyways i plan on overclocking an E6600 with an EVGA 680i mb. I found a few of these pairs on newegg and cant really make a decision. If anyone has any other pairs that fit my criteria or any ideas for me please post it here.

You can get this set of G.Skill for $200+shipping and that E6600 could hit 3.6GHz and you'd still not be overclocking the RAM. I've also read that this memory is hitting 900-910MHz which would equate a 4.05-4.14GHz on the E6600.

Well i was leaning more towards the Crucial Technology Ballistix just because I wanna hit 1000mhz or more but are the 5-5-5-15 timings gonna kill me in ocing? Even though i read that these babies run great at stock speeds.
