New and Improved Watercooling Sticky - Post Your Systems Here

Mayhems Ultra Deep Blue dye from WCDYES.COM

For the love of god, don't ruin your loop with dye.
Everyone who has used dye comes back posting that it was the worst idea ever. Take it from someone who tried four dyes from four companies and ended up with hours of scrubbing every single block i own.

agreed 100%. just get some colored tubing instead. dyes are more trouble than theyre worth.

added two more fans for a push/pull config. They're SilenX 11dB 120s (all 4). Also reversed the fan direction to keep the GPUs cooler. Even the air being warmer from going through the rad, it will keep the GPUs cooler than just sitting there with no air movement at all. Dropped another 5C @ 100% load. Running 65C now. GPU idle temps are down 12-15C across the board with fans reversed from yesterday, as well.

not sure if this image will work, I'm too lazy to upload to photobucket at the moment.

I suck at cable management. I really need to get some patience.

A water cooled emachine tower circa ~2003 I have wanted to W/C it for ever, only just now had the right tools/means. This is a million times quieter than the stock amd fan.
now every PC in my house is water cooled.

and from this

to this

This is a build I did for a customer, just wanted to share :)
2600k, Z68-UD7, XFX HD 6970, 16GB Kingston Hyper X
2x OCZ Vertex 3 120GB SSD's Raid 0, 2TB HDD

EK Supreme Full Copper
Heat Killer 69X0 Waterblock
RX360, MCP 355, XSPC Dual Bay DDC res, 6x GT's.

I would have liked to do some color tubing, but they didn't want it :/. I think purple or something would have offset the 800D and the mobo pretty nicely.

Mother of God, what have you done to that V2000B? :p

See below for why you throw away the tubing that comes with XSPC kits, it turns amber with age.

Hes not really joking... he just doesn't want to get a warning for thread crapping...

Here is one of mine...

messing around with some old gear + a used DFI x48 mobo I bought... the cooler is a modded Nautilus 500 with a black ice extreme rad and aerocool fan... trusty ol mc tdx and e6850 underneath.. going to see how far I can push this cpu on the dfi board. should be interesting.

^ my old e6600@4ghz with a 7950gt build

im considering ripping out the radiator, pump, res and buying new blocks, tubing and redoing the loop but i need some advice... I bought a corsair 400r will put a pic of it below and currently the h50 isnt cutting it i want 5ghz which this chip can do but due to temps im at 4.7... i dont have much clearance with just one fan if i was to add the black ice 2 radiator and ONE fan it might hit my ram and i wanted push pull the qustion is does it matter if i set two fans on top then the radiator inside the case and two fans under or do thety have to be connected to each other for optimum airflow??

2u9505u.jpg

see the space with just one fan so cose =( will it matter if the rad is outside?

Powered it up for the first time tonight! Still needs a few things but the hard stuff is done:

Looking good! As the poster above said, what tower is that?

Could you show some more detail on where you've relocated the PSU to accommodate that 480 rad in the bottom?
