I had some internet issues last month with my ISP (issues with disconnects..was something at the "pole") and I upgraded to the 200Mbit tier they offer

I did a network upgrade to a Ubiquiti Edgerouter Lite ERLITE-3 Desktop Router (Black) and Ubiquiti Networks Unifi 802.11ac Dual-Radio PRO Access Point after the issue was fixed. I also have a Cisco SG 300-20 switch I'm using for all my hardwire connections that the EdgeRouter is connected to.

Since the upgrade I've been having issues not reaching the speeds I'm supposed to be getting. I rebooted the modem and plugged it directly into my desktop and got the following:

Second try....

On the Edge Router

i can post my configuration from my EdgeRouter and switch if needed.

I'd check your speed connected directly to modem first. If you are still having issues reaching the speed you paid for, call your isp again and demand they check the infrastructure to your place again.

I've discovered the issue, apparently my Modem WAN port and the EdgeRouter don't like playing together properly. I messed with the duplex settings and now I'm getting the speeds I'm paying for.
