I'm looking for a good program that'll let me monitor my network activity in windows. anything? thanks!

This is a great BASIC small application. (shareware)

This is a great toolbar, it has a DU meter plugin and it doesnt have to be registered. (freeware)

There are more advanced monitors. But I don't have a use for them/dont really care.

taskmanager works in a pinch, but I have dumeter on my main internet box at home. It's nice to see how many GBs I transfer each month.

DU Meter is awesome, it's really handy just to see when something is connecting to the net that you might not know about.
