Hi All,
I know this unit is old but figured its worth a shot here.
I have a netbotz 310 that is having door alarm issues. I have the unit set to alert me when the door is open for less then 0 seconds. But it's not. If i hold the door open for what seams like 4+ seconds, the alert is generated.
Any idea what is going on here?
