Need Video Card recommendations

So it looks like I'm putting together a new machine... and I don't really know where to go in the video card catagory... here's what i've put together so far:

PC Power & Cooling Silencer 610 EPS12V EPS12V 610W
Crucial Ballistix 3GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800
ABIT IP35-E LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard
Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe 2.66GHz

Samsung 19inch LCD @ 1280x1024

What would mate up well with this combo to get me some good frame rates? I don't need to have ULTRA MEGA HIGH SUPER DUPER graphics, I don't want to spend a ton of money, and I'm not quite sure what new games I'll be playing. I play a lot of Source stuff, Rainbow 6 Las Vegas, FEAR, etc. Whats the cheapest, decent card that will get me good frame rates (60-70, whatever's high enough that I won't notice the difference).
 
8800GTS 320 should be more than adequate for that res. that's a fairly high end rig though, perhaps you should consider a 20"+ LCD instead of that 19".
 
I think you should get the 8800GTS 640 instead of 320 you might need the extra ram. Like firey said you should get a 20" instead.
 
Eh, I just got this monitor 6 months ago... I'm not gonna go upgrade again. I don't need anything bigger, 1280x1024 is perfect for me. So 8800gts would be a good choice?
