i need to move company contact list out of public folder and get it set as a default contact list for everyone in outlook. it is extremely annoying that this contact list is managed and updated but its not sync'd to anyone's phone or actual contact list in outlook. it was like this with exchange 2008 and now are on office 365.
am i missing something really simple? i just want company contact list someplace where one person can manage it and everyone sees the same version all the time and it syncs with everyone's phone/email
