Need to find a MB with the following specs

I currently have a Gigabyte Z97X-UD5H that is failing and need to replace it, but would like to upgrade a bit.
I would like to get a new CPU, an i7 8700k (LGA 1151-300). The new MB needs to support the 8700k CPU, and also have good onboard audio (Realtek type) and have onboard VGA and onboard HDMI. I want to add 32 GB of memory.
Any ideas if there is a MB that fits the bill?
 
Many z370/z390 motherboards have all of that except the vga, any reason for the need for both?

You can get the VGA and HDMI but you’re probably going to have to buy an h310 series motherboard that has little to no overclocking capability, is that a sacrifice you’re willing to make?

Edit there are actually quite a few options out there in the z370/390 all of them are the realtek ALC892 chipset, support 64+gb of ram, and have vga+hdmi.

This is for our church. Our current MB has onboard VGA. That one VGA port drives 3 large screen monitors and one 19" monitor. The vid card (nVidia 1060) has a display port, HDMI, and one other. We are using the HDMI on the vid card and the one on the onboard. I have tried 3 or 4 adapters DP to VGA and none of them could handle all the VGA monitors like the onboard can. The other option I have thought about was to get a good MB and just put a PCI card with VGA, and just use that (assuming it will drive all the VGA monitors we have)
 
I'd really have to ask what a church that drives a few screens needs a 8700k for. You could try the used market for Z97 boards? I just sold two earlier this year myself... Or alternatively I'd really consider a B360 board, an 8400 i5 +something like a GT 730 or low-end card that comes with all the relevant display outputs.

I guess I didn't tell the whole story. Our computer drives the 4 VGA monitors, an HDMI 34" monitor, and three 55" monitors located in another building. These are attached to the computer via a Decklink MiniMonitor which has an SDI output that goes to the other building and is converted to HDMI. We are also live streaming to 3 places using vMix which is a streaming software. The 8700k was a suggested hardware by vMix.
 
Since DVI and HDMI signals are pretty similar, you may want to expand your options to VGA+HDMI.

That said, it's probably better to go for a board that does HDMI + DVI and using some sort of converter for the device using a VGA input.
 
What you could do is get a cheap GeForce GT640 or similar and chuck that in one of the PCIe slots alongside the GTX1060 which has DVI, VGA & HDMI on it as well & is more than up to the task of doing what you want it to. That way it does not limit your options or crippling the CPU by putting it on a chipset that holds it back because of legacy requirements. You can pick up a 2GB GT640 for next to nothing on the used market & it doesn't need any more power other than what the PCIe slot provide. That is what I did here when I was running a couple of DVI/VGA connected 24" 1080p panels (no HDMI). Had the newer monitors hooked up to the RTX2070 (or GTX970 before that) & stuck the GT640 in the PCIe 8x slot to run the 24~ monitors via DVI. Worked a dream/
