Need to find a good bluetooth headset

I need a quality blueooth headset for conference calling and I am done buying the cheap stuff. It's all garbage. Crappy battery life, crappy voice call quality and no noise reduction. I have been eyeballing the plantronics voyager legend and 5220 and for 50 vs 100 cant decide if its worth to get the higher model. I mostly see the USB charging option being the biggest benefit of the new one. I dont buy 3 vs 4 microphones and BT 3 vs 4 being that much better to warrant twice the money. Anyone here have one or both or can recommend another brand that has solid voice quality in the same price range?
 
I've tried the Legend and it fit very poorly. It's got great battery life and call quality, but it's so big and awkward that it never fit me comfortably. I returned it for a Plantronics Edge and love it. It does everything as good as the Legend, though battery life is closer to 5-6 hours, which is less than the Legend.

I really want something that hooks over the ear, I always feel like those kinds will fall out if you are moving.
