This smacks - based on previous experience here at this forum of answering similar questions - of someone doing some snooping on another person's machine without that person being aware. If that's not the case here, fantastic, but seeing as you haven't provided any useful info so far aside from needing to do it, providing the methodology - as it has in the past - has led to issues and problems that are better left alone.
So... there are some legitimate reasons to acquire such information, but without more info for the intended purpose of the techniques, I for one will back off...
