Complete tower case and all internals. Except a capture card.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
USB 3.0, SLI support only two features i can think of but im open for any opinions/recommendations.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

A GTX-1070ti is inadequate for a 4k display at decent quality settings. I'd say GTX-1080ti or RTX-2080 at the minimum.

A NVMe SSD is of no benefit for a gaming box. A good 1TB SATA SSD will cost ~$100 less.

That RAM is kinda pricey. DDR4-3200 should be ~$150 currently.

Does Intel still have an edge for gaming? I know such was the case when Ryzen premiered, but has that changed any?
