Do a search on Amazon for Lilliput. They make several displays of roughly that size that fit your description.

I don't know exactly what model it, and it's across the building from me now, but I've got one that I use as a pilot display for my aerial photography system, and it works great, although the power connector sticks out a few inches behind it.

Also check adafruit. They have a kit that uses a retina panel from the iPad 3, and takes in hdmi. It was meant for use with the raspberry pi. I think it's a 2048x1536 panel, and 9-10 inch diagonal. Great little high res display.

Gechic brand. Most others are not native 1080p panels.
