Need Recommendation on mid to high end UPS

So, this is what I need:

a) 6 or more outlet

b) fan is NOT on during regular period, that it's on during power failure or it's a silent fan

c) easy replaceable battery or very easy to replace battery procedure, (the battery w/ my old Smart UPS is difficult to replace, very unfriendly), I just seen some UPS that you can just slide the battery out from the side, and slide a new one back in

d) 0 transfer time

So far, I've found Opti UPS DS1000B, but it does not have hot swap battery and I don't know if their fan is silent or running

Minuteman lies to me from my last UPS purcahse, they said their fan only turns on when there is power failure, but when I got it for my client, it's on all the time. And very noisy
