Need PC Game Advice

I'm looking to get a game for my brother for Christmas. I'm thinking an rpg possibly. However, I don't like most rpgs, so I know nothing about the ones currently out for PC. I was thinking of getting Guild Wars for him. He was hooked on Diablo II and is currently playing Dungeon Siege II.

Anyone have any thoughts on a current PC RPG or other game in the RPG or other genre? He also likes games like Civ IV and WC3.

Fable the lost chapters is a pretty good RPG

Alright, a couple votes for Guild Wars, 1 for Fable.
Anyone else know of any other really good RPG or action RPG titles for PC? I'm leaning towards Guild Wars right now.
