Need new video card and power supply

Like the title says need a new vid card and power supply, i Play MMOs and RPGs for the most part even some FPS games, my monitor is 1400x900 and wouldn't mind having either medium or max detail, Current processor is a Athlon II x4 at 3Ghz and i have 4 gigs of ram, i dont think my current antec basic 350 could really handle anything, this is to hold me over till next year when Ivy Bridge comes out and i can afford to get a real system, so the cheaper the better.
 
You haven't mentioned price.

What about this combo for $250
