Need Mobo with Comprehensive PC Health Bios

I currently run a DFI Lanparty UT NF4 motherboard and Im looking to upgrade to a core2duo setup, but I can't live without all my pc health fan settings in my DFI's bios. Because my pc lives in my room I really like how I can turn my cpu, pwm, and chipset fans down when the temps in the pc drop.

I've researched a couple of board but they only appear to have the option to control the cpu fan.

Are there any core2duo boards that can do cpu, pwn, chipset?

Nforce boards have this but I don't recommend Nforce boards.

I can adjust chasis, cpu, and northbridge fan speed based on temps. I used to have <40 fan @ 0% but my new cpu fan doesn't shut off, my old one would.

You can also view fans speeds and motherboard/cpu temperature (if your the type to trust bios temps).
