Need keylogger scanner (anti-keylogger)

Just recieved this file and i've been told its possibly keylogged, and im very interested in using it but i dont know if its safe. Google just brings up tons of spyware filled programs. i dont suppose someone can suggest a few goodones to me?

That makes absolutely no sense. Can't you find the file elsewhere, one that's not 'keylogged'?
