Need help with Samsung Ace (i325) for sprint

So my uncle has the ACE and tried updating to windows mobile 6.1 when sir (their chihuahua) pulled out the USB cable. So now we got a samsung ace that charges and powers on to the screen that says Samsung and gives the web URL but wont go past that. If we charge it we get the charge screen. If we hard restart it it sits on the same screen with clean boot chilling there. So anyone have any suggestions.
Also note Samsung refuses to service it.
 
Bring it in to a Sprint corporate repair store. Best case scenario, you have (service and repair) insurance on it, and they replace it for free. Worst case, you pay the $55 repair fee and get it replaced. Either way, new phone.
