Need help picking a cooler for my lastest build

Hello, i've just pieced together an Asus p6t deluxe 2 ver 2 with an i7 920 and i've got the stock cooler blues, my last build I used to cooler master v8 with an i7 920 and a rampage II but I wanted to get something that was more functional and less gamer. My search has brought me to thermalright's ultra 120 series. I see that there is a new Extreme 1366 version that has a new fan holder but is that the only physical difference because if not I will just by a true black and buy a 1366 retention bracket. Is there anyone out there that knows what the differences are?

The new fan holder has been out for a long time, that is not a new rev., the new one is Rev.B which has a arrow shaped hole in the fins...What that does to help out I don't really know, but it can be had here for $56.95.
