Need help on pinning D25 to rj45 data jack

Hey Guys
I dont know if this belongs in here and if now mods you can move it but anyways here is my question:

I have a serial cable modem that haves D25 and only colors I see on this cable is Black,Red,Brown,Yellow,Orange and I would like to pair it up to a RJ45 data jack but I dont know what colors go to what and I am just wondering if anybody can help me out for this.

Fyi this is for external 56k modem.

If you are just hooking it up to a regular serial port, get the matching RJ45 to DB9 connector and wire both ends the same. If you are connecting to a router, or perhaps your DECserver 90 you need to follow their pinout.

Alright here is what the cable looks like

basically I cut off the 8pin and want to rewire it up to DB9 via cat5

I guess that could work, but I would just get the DB to RJ45 adapters like these: http://www.monoprice.com/products/subdepartment.asp?c_id=104&cp_id=10415
