I know it is obsolete but my cousin need help on this and I'm a noob when it comes to creating website..

my cousin want to create a website for his dad's church (starting out) we found a nice free template, but the problem is everything seems to sit on the right side of the browser the left side of it has a big gap!.. it has it's own CSS, I've read the codes through and through and search online but cant seem to point me where to make the necessary adjustments on the code.. please help!!! Thanks...
