need help. need program that can sniff out background programs

I suspect my brother(yes, my brother) put some background programs on my PC. Obviously I can't find them because they're hidden. There's nothing under the startup folder. I know that I found some keylogger programs on his computer. I suspect maybe those are the applications he's running on mine.

Well I didn't mind it back then, but now this newest thing or whatever he's running in my background is slowing my PC down. I want to remove this sh!t.

Any advice, help? I want to sniff out these things. Thanks in advance.
