Need help making a bootable CD

Well, actually I can make a bootable CD but theres a problem.

Summary

I need to boot a Supermicro server from a DOS CD that includes ipmicfg.exe so I can rest the ipmi password. I make the bootable image and include said program but when I boot from the CD said program is nowhere to be found. I open the iso with both Magic ISO and image Burn and said program is there. So why is it not there when I boot from the CD ?

i use a usb drive to boot to DOS to update my SM machines (actually boot from an iPod)

I switched to a CD after a bootable flash drive made with Rufus didn't work, I tried 3 different drives and no joy. What did finally work is the flash drive format tool from HP.

How can you boot from an iPod? Can I do the same with my iPhone or iPad? That would be way cool.
