Ok, so not many people may know nor noticed that when the original Unreal was first released it had really nice bass rich sounds for all the weapons and explosions etc. In a later patch these sounds were all changed and made all trebly and gritty. Presumably this was done for better clarity of audio positioning.
Anyway, I now only have versions of unreal from graphics cards giveaways etc and it's only the post-patched version with the horrible sounds.
So if anyone out there has the original retail CD I'd be VERY grateful if you could zip up the sound files off it for me (should come to about 30meg). I know it's asking a hell of alot, but I'm desperate here!
