need help deciding between 2 mohterboards.

wanting to upgrade my Motherboard soon and i have narrowed it down to these 2. main reason for upgrading is to use 2 matching vidoecards that were given to me,

any advice? pros or cons for each one? i am leaning to the MSI for now, but would like opinions

they are basically the same board.

are you in to RGB leds? get the MSI.

do you need usb 3.1? get the MSI

i am also certain both have a 3 year warranty.

I think either would be fine.
I would personally go with the MSI. I've had great luck with them, including a couple RMA's that went smoothly.
