Need Help - Colors are MESSED UP after Creators Update

Creators update must have installed while I was asleep. Woke up this morning and my screen looks all washed out like the color is screwed up. Can someone tell me WHY?! Thanks.

I'm using a Samsung TV. The actual MENUS for the Samsung TV have the right color settings, but Windows itself looks like a washed out POS.

EDIT: I rolled back the update and everything looks FINE now. If anyone has a solution to the problem though sans rolling back I'd still like to see it. Microsoft FTW............

Turn the HDR and advanced color option in the Display settings to Off.

And make sure the Output color format is still set to RGB in the NVIDIA Control Panel, and that the Output dynamic range is set to Full.

Yeah you have HDR mode enabled. Unfortunately it does not play nice with desktop designed for SDR and that is the result. You can also turn it off from Nvidia Control Panel. I dont remember the setting right now because Im on mobile and have to leave soon. Anyway, turn it off for now and back on when you intent on watching HDR video clips through your PC.
