Don't RMA the product if you intentionally broke it.

Also, the serial number is on the actual card and will not come off without tearing.

I didn't break it on purporse... i bought it used with an aftermarket HSF and it doesn't work... the card has a lot of stickers but i need the stock heatsink to RMA it.
