Need an FTP server program for Windows that emails notifications.

I'm looking for an FTP server program that will send email notifications when a file is uploaded.

I was told Serv-U would do it, but apparently that's only in the $2000 gold version, not the $300 bronze I was told to buy. So, before I buy something that won't work, are there any other programs I should look at?

Server 2008 R2 is the server it's going on.

You can use the plug in scripts to do this.

We're looking for a program that will send an email whenever a file is added to the FTP folder. Does this program do that, or is there something else I can/should look at?
