Parts are already ordered, and a basic idea of the dimensions required is here:

MB: ASUS x99 Pro
PSU: 1000w standard ATX
GPU: Running my twin EVGA 570 SC HD cards
CPU cooler is a 120mm Corsair H55 Liquid Cooler
Twin Optical drives ****** This is where I am getting stuck *******

I would prefer to have this all go into as small of a case as possible, something like a Coolermaster HAF XB EVO : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119265

However, the look and feel of this RAIDMAX Hyperion is superb and that is more what I would like it to be modeled after. (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811156335)

And, as anyone would imagine, a clear panel is always nice to have to show off the shiny stuff inside.

Any input would be greatly appreciated :)

I have the Hyperion and am overall happy with it. However, the drive cage would not fit if you're using a longer PSU like the HX1000 (like I am), however, there's a lot of alternative drive locations you can use. It also have great radiator support, you can mount one on the top, front, and even the back. Also, it has great cable management too. However, it only fits mATX motherboard, and the one you're planning on using is ATX...soo yeah.

Thank you both very much. That Thermaltake is just about what I was looking for. Was hoping to be a little less shiny, but I think this will suit my needs until I up my spending money to a better case in a little while =D

Cheers!

I had to mod my case when I built a HTPC. The graphics card obviously was pretty long and I had to trim the drive cage behind the 2.5" vertical opening on the left front there.
