Need a simple video editor to edit colors

I'm looking for something where I can edit videos just to edit color and maybe a bit of noise (batch would be a plus). My wife has some old videos off her phone that look like they were shot in low lighting that I was tasked to clean up. Not looking to buy anything fancy, ideally I'd like something like Handbrake - but obviously with color correction.

You can make some adjustments to brightness in both Movie Maker or Openshot Video Editor. Those don't have batch processing. You might check out DaVinci Resolve. It's more complex but probably does what you want. All are free.
