Need a rec for an office scanner with 100 page capacity

I have a client, a law firm, that is looking to add a high-volume scanner (approx 100-page capacity or document feeder) to their practice. A piece of equipment such as this is beyond the scope of most popular review sites, so I am wondering if any of my fellow IT brethren can recommend such a beast. Thanks in advance...
 
I've been working on writing some scanning software for my work lately and I'm using an HP scanjet 7000.

It seems to do the job quite well.
