Have an M500 right now. I'm done with Logitech. This SetPoint program is garbage. My keybinds on the mouse work for about 5m, then nothing. Mouse freezes up too. Tried UberOptions and three prior versions of SetPoint. Same problem. Went through the Power Saver options as well. Nothing. Tried AHK, but its too clunky for what I'm trying to do.
So yea, new mouse.
Want wired mouse. Programmable buttons. Need the two on the side that can click with my thumb (Forward/Back) and a scroll wheel I can click to the sides to program as well. Keybinds also need to be program specific. I always have three, sometimes four programs going that I need the buttons to work with. So for instance the left scroll button need to be F9 for one program, minimize for another, and F5 for another.
Anything like this exist? In theory this M500 setup with SetPoint is exactly what I'm looking for, but it doesn't work for shit.
