Need a modern replacement for a slim line Antec MT-352

Non-standard PSU. You'll have to check to see if Antec made an update for it. If not, you're out of luck.

The dimensions are very close to the TFX form factor. TFX is longer but narrower than yours. If you aren't opposed to a little ghetto modding to get it to fit, you can get away with one of those easily. Looking at what Newegg is selling, TFX is basically a dead format, only found a couple units above 350W, and none of them are designs newer than about 10 years old. If you really don't mind how it looks, get an SFX PSU, and cut open the case, or just re-case the system. Perhaps in a cardboard box. ;)

Now, if your PSU is otherwise functioning well and you're really more interested in supporting your drives, get a Molex to SATA adapter. Costs a few bucks, works just fine.
