Need a Document from a Certified Technician for case of Bent Pins in CPU Socket

Well, I have to supply a document from a certified technician for the following :

That shipping a motherboard with a cpu installed will prevent the PINS from becoming
bent on an Intel 1151 socket.

If you can assist, please let me know.

If I am wrong about assuming pins cannot bend with a cpu preinstalled in the board
during shipping, please let me know that as well.

I'm not certified but I do lots of pin repair and can assure you only an idiot would think pins can be damaged (during shipping) with a cpu installed. If one did a faulty install they could definitely be bent of course.

Pretty sure that all of the prebuilts have their CPU's pre installed for shipping.

You might want to specify what kind of technical certifications you required. There are a ton of hardware certifications out there.
