Need a Dell Axim, willing to Trade this for the PDA

I would really like to get this PDA because I going to college soon, + I would really like the MP3 feature, so I can carry my music around. The Trade that i have is a brand new Nvidia Geforce FX 5200, plus to complete $75 added on.
