Does anyone have a C++ parallel programming book that they found particularly good? (Or a free web site would be even better. ) I'm doing this awesome project using a Monte Carlo algorithm to solve for the ground state energy of quantum mechanical system of paired particles and would like to be able to take advantage of the computing cluster on campus.
