Ordering through the website is pretty barebones currently, and as such there is no order confirmation besides from Paypal. As long as you have that though, you can be sure we have it on our end.
This was accounted for. The only part that had the potential to conflict is the PCI retaining tab, which was also moved down.

Well, I got the message from PayPal, that the money was transferred to the Ncase Account - I also have an transaction number. So you say, that this is all I need to do and know, can relax and wait for the case to be delivered at the end of September?

The NCase M1 is tiny, but is able to support an internal radiator(s) and a longer video card. All other mini-ITX cases that I can find, which support longer video cards, are larger. To illustrate, see the following non-exhaustive list of mini-ITX cases:

I compiled a spreadsheet of mITX and mATX cases and their data while searching for one to use, which is freely editable. There's no details of water cooling as that isn't of interest to me, so please add whatever's necessary to make it useful.
Shipping tracking info now says there was an attempted delivery on Saturday morning, but it failed because of 'Payment of fees'. I know someone was in at the time, and they said no postman/courier came, and I have no 'while you were out' notification so does that mean they didn't attempt to deliver because I need to pay first?
Does anyone know who the domestic carrier is in the UK? Royal mail or a courier?

UK folks: Looks like they're using Parcelforce for our end of the delivery, I punched in the CC tracking number and got an ECxxxGB number on the Parcelforce site. Latest two updates are below:

Got a parcelforce number and says '16/8/2014 0:31 London North West Depot + Awaiting payment of charges' so after a bit of reading it looks like I should get a letter in the post tomorrow saying how much I have to pay and the next day they will attempt a delivery.

You need the reference number which is on the letter they send to you to fill it out.
Just going to have to wait a bit I guess.
Only those people that got air shipping from Taiwan got tracking numbers, because those are the only cases that have been shipped to end users.
The rest of the cases are on a ship on their way to the US, scheduled for arrival sometime later next month. At that point, w360 will be shipping them out to end users and tracking will be available at that time.
I see, thanks for clarifying that. Does the tracking info apply on a later date even to those who had to use US Air? And how do we receive the tracking info? E-mail? PayPal?
US air shipping = from the US to anywhere in the world by air
US economy = ground shipping within the US only
Both shipping options will only start when the cases have arrived in the US (late Sept.).
Understand, as soon as the cases were manufactured they needed to be shipped out from Taiwan - they couldn't be held there. So people that got orders in before August 4th had the option of air shipping direct from Taiwan. The unclaimed cases, along with US economy orders, got put on a cargo ship to the US.
W360 will update tracking in Paypal once those orders start shipping.

Yes. Think it was WiSK and Adamantium that had high-level clearances to visually track the shipping containers en route and define precise arrival dates into certain ports. For US delivery, we had a high-speed Coast Guard cutter ship intercept dispatch #26 for escort into NJ once it left international waters. How that mission was initiated still remains classified.
Late sept.? Bloody hell, it's the 21st century and it still takes a month to traverse an ocean. By the time we receive our cases in Europe NCASE M1 V4 will probably be out.
Btw I'm going with the 4790K for my build and was thinking of cooling it with a Noctua NH-L12. Any better choices for air cooling, or will it do nicely?

Have you considered using an NH-C14? I'm assuming that you'll need VLP ram, but you'll need a motherboard with a well-placed socket so that the C14 doesn't interfere with your GPU. Also, if you're going to go with the C14, you most likely won't be able to use the 92mm fan on the back.
Thanks for the suggestion. The C14 looks like it's going to be too much of a tight fit for me, I've read some people need to trim it and others have removed the lower fan. I'll be going with an ASUS Z97I-PLUS btw.

What is the height of the reservoir tube in this sketch? 50 or 60mm?
I am thinking of adding koolance base with ddc pump. And mount the reservoir just like in the picture. But i think the reservoir need to be a little further up to allow the tubing to pass through the hole. The problem with that is maybe it will block the AC power socket.

On the bottom of the case, like in the pic? You should be aware that there may not be enough vertical space under the GPU. The Koolance DDC top is 26mm tall, for an overall height of 48.6mm, plus ~2mm for a plug for the top inlet, so ~51mm total. The space you have will depend on which GPU block you use. The one in the model is a 13mm thick EK block and leaves ~47mm.
The top in the model is the Aquacover DDC, which is 6mm shorter than the Koolance and should (hypothetically, anyway) have just enough room. But again, it depends on how thick your GPU block is.
Why do you think that? The models are accurate to the published specs, and the fittings do approximately line up to the watercooling holes. And there's enough room for the tubing to bend to accommodate any offset between them.
Then again, if you're talking about mounting the pump+res to the back of the case, that does change things. Checking the model, I think it would be too awkward tbh. The ports on the the pump top are offset to the right of the watercooling holes, so a custom mounting bracket would need to be fabricated. The pump itself also extends down and partially block the GPU connectors in the first slot. I think a bottom-mounted pump and rear res is the easier option, as long as you're careful with component choice. There are a couple builds in the gallery with this setup.

Only shows panel kits at the moment, but now I'm hopeful for all the other goodies (spare clips, screws, new power cord, NCASE Rocks! stickers).
Also, I kinda forget now (and certainly won't be able to find it).. exactly how were the new v2 panels supposed to be an improvement?
I slightly recall this conversation between Necere & Phuncz, I think. Was it to improve panel gap, or warping.. and only in a particular location?

Yes, I'm pretty sure that's correct.
It appears, that you can only do this by purchasing both the v2 panel kit and the v2 no-ODD top panel ($68+$18). Which makes sense, since I really doubt W360 will be cutting open several of the shipments, swapping out top panels, and repackaging them. Maybe, but I doubt it.
Just a quick thought for future runs, but do more people not order it without the ODD slot and therefore the panel kit would be better as side panels and the top panel without ODD slot.
And a side note for UK people, just got the letter from Parcelforce and they want £26.02 (£18 to the tax man and £8 for themselves).
EDIT: Small question, does anyone know the size of the box the case is shipped in? Want to know if it's the sort of size I want to be picking up at the depot or not.

Seems to match up well with what other countries end up paying.
No, judging by the statistics tab on the NCASE spreadsheet, it was roughly 50/50 with the V1, but the V2 currently has twice as many ODD users as non-ODD users. Necere or W360 could probably give us a more accurate number, but going by the spreadsheet, there are more ODD users than non-ODD.
Thanks for input. I've already made order for 60mm x 50mm reservoir with standard base. Will put ddc pump inside the case.Will try without custom top first. My gpu block is universal block to use on GTX680.

Both of my V2 orders are non-ODD, mostly because I haven't used a disk drive in several years on any of my machines. It also looks better without the slot IMO. I'm not on the spreadsheet though.
