Nasa is launching some autonomous robot drones (Astrobees) to the International Space Station today at 4:46pm Eastern time. Live Video.

At first I didn't think this was interesting enough to post as news, but then this tidbit caught my eye:

...There’s also a "Terminate Button," which, if pushed, would instruct Astrobee to seek out and destroy all life aboard the ISS; at least that’s what we assume it would do, but we could be wrong.

What a great idea. What's the worst that can happen with autonomous robots in a space station?

I predict the next blockbuster motion picture will win best horror film, best science fiction, and best documentary categories at the same time.

And next year at the request of the male ISS crew, this will be the next Robotic crew member for the station....
