It's mainly a bugfix release, but that's always welcome. I'm compiling packages for arch linux now. Anybody else still using myth around here?

Well, I've finished making Arch packages for mythtv and the more important plugins. Working fine so far.

There's a problem with the configure script - setting prefix doesn't work for a rat's ass. Also, I was hoping for some better organization features for mythvideo, like mass imdb lookup and mass category editing via mythweb. Oh well, might have to write those myself. :p

If it makes any difference, I will be installing mythtv as soon as I can get a supported video card. All the effort definitely is appreciated.

It's quite an adventure, but I think that enough effort will result in the most complete HTPC package available anywhere.

I am waiting for the entire HDTV thing to sort itself out before I invest in a mythtv system. I like the concept of it, especially for a home theater setup, but I still haven’t heard much information about getting HDTV from satellite of cable in order to invest the money into yet.
