hooked via VGA to TV
Optical output (Soundstorm) to Yamaha for inside 5.1 audio
Analog stereo output to Sony receiver to drive outdoor speakers

Still trying to figure out a way to see the screen from outside, I'm considering a cheapo LCD to put in the window.....
